If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to Step 2 below.

Step 2: RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS 2021)

If the complaint / dispute is not redressed within a period of one month, the customer may appeal to the Officer-in-Charge of the Regional Office of the Department of Non-Banking Supervision (DNBS) of RBI.
